Just a comment... if you wear your garter belt underneath your panties, then all you have to do is drop your dainty panties and sit to go tinkle. Keeps it quick and frees up the cupcake for others. Besides, having a hairless, powdered cupcake framed by a garterbelt and lowered panties is sooo sweet!
