You know, depending on how often you wear makeup, by not getting new stuff or washing your tools regularly, you could be depriving yourself of the pleasure to wear it, i.e. dirty brushes and old makeup----->acne----->can't wear makeup as much as you want!

You are right about the soft sensual wiggle and not exaggerating it! (depending on your mindset/humiliation factor)

Two tidbits if it helps anyone: Set up your phone to record you walking TO and away from it! You'll get a perfect picture of how you look and can see your progression over time!

Second, if you are having challenges softly swaying those hips, or stepping gracefully , some girls are challenged to "find their hips" When that happens when you do not have enough "sway" then I suggest: DO exaggerate, just for practice to "Find those hips" once you do, then pull back until perfect!

another tip to find your hips, and Rachel suggested this in a podcast: Dance! Feel the music, sway , move ,undulate!
