How do you keep in touch with your Mistress?

I know that you crave sessions with your Mistress and you probably think about her in between sessions. You might be surprised to hear that she probably thinks about you as well. It is important to keep in touch in between calls...not necessarily with a two page detailed report daily about every aspect of your life, but a note here or there to tell her you are thinking of her and how you are doing.
Especially if you are in chastity. I always instruct my sissies in chastity to report in with me periodically to tell me how they are doing. My chastity slave, Bella, sends me a weekly report about her state of mind, completion of her assignments, devotion to me, requests...really anything on her mind is acceptable (as long as it is also respectful, of course)
