A Sissy's Tribute to Her Former Self

I have a long-term chastity slave who has recently been sissified. And over the last 6 months she has embraced everything about what it means to be a sissy, from clothes, to make-up, to service, to her sex life. Previous to being "Sissy Bella", she was referred to by me as "slave 5711". Recently in her weekly "Chastity and Emasculation Report" she paid tribute to her former self and I would like to share it with all of you.
