I actually thought of doing different "guide to" style audios, like short introductions to becoming this or that classic feminine trope. It sounds like you think that would be good!

And yes, it's so easy to provide aftercare in a session, if the sissy wants it, but when you're offering an audio, they're listening in isolation, and that's not always possible.

I can definitely see why that would make some of the more hardcore content draining.

I'm a much bigger fan of sweet and cute wholesome audios that are both fun and affirming. In fact, many of the more humiliating/degrading aspect of sissy feminization is a big turn off.
