Hi Mistress Rachel,

My fave is Barre, it is a ballet based fitness class. As such for freedom of movement I wear tights and tank tops in class like the other girls. I do wear shorts over my tights to remain modest though. I also have my hair up when I work out, so its headbands or hair ties and barrettes for me!
