This is a question you need to discuss in detail with your medical doctor. Only s/he is qualified to answer questions regarding prexcription medications. You should not try any type of hormone therapy, prescription or over the counter, without your doctor knowing it. There are too many side effects that can have a very negative effect on you.

Mistress Dallas is absolutely right on that point.
But, if you insist on DIY, make sure you're smart about it. There is very little real science on the affects of herbals and I'd find it very hard to trust the claims of any of the companies out there. There are so many scam websites and you can't really trust web forums to be objective.
